My plantation mentality is the boss/overlord/owner, has absolute power over the worker.The worker's input isn't welcome. Workers are expendable and easily replaceable. If you are in debt, you are not free to leave until the debt is paid. Often you are required to buy stock in the company to get the job. That stock that's supposed to be a pension plan, christmas bonus etc., it ain't ever going to go up, because it's value is being diluted by each new employee. You are a slave. Just look at your contract. Welcome to the 21st century plantation.

Then you need to have all of your fluids flushed and refilled, this can be done at a Shop because they have the right machines, you can't just empty it out and refill...its not the same. By fluids I mean Coolent, and Transmission, you need to make sure you have your brakes checked, tie rods, basically go and tell them you want all of your front end parts checked. Have your tires rotated...you should be doing this every oil change it evenly distributes the wear on your tires so you don't have to buy new ones all the time. When they look at the tires ask them how the alignment is...This can also cause your tires to wear funny and you will also go through tires quickly. And being yours are truck tires they will be expensive. It wouldn't hurt for them to check, the fuel filter, air filter and your serpentine belts. Also make sure they check your plugs, plug wires, and cap and rotor. All of this stuff can be expensive, and make sure you take it to someone you trust because belive me they can rip you off. I ran a shop yes..a female I am a racer so I do know how it can be difficult for a woman to get anything done. But take someone with you that might know about it too. Best alternative milk for hot coffee?

I am trying out alternatives for my regular whole cow's milk. I drink a LOT of coffee and really love it. I have an espresso maker and have at least 6 lattes a day. I don't care about calories or nutritional content really, but wanted to try out living with less dairy to see if it made a difference since one of my friends has been raving about how different she feels after giving it up. I tried almond milk and the texture just didn't work hot. It tastes great in iced coffee, but I usually heat lattes to almost boiling and it just got kind of...off. Thanks!

What causes asthma attacks at night?

My daughter is 8 years old. Within the last week she has woken up with asthma attacks during her sleep. Everything is the same in her room as it always has been. Sleeping on the couch hasn't helped. She has nightmares which in turn made me wonder if maybe she was having nocturnal panic attacks, but it's more of I can't catch my breath, pale face with lips turning blue reaction. She says that she hasn't been having nightmares when they occur. We recently acquired a kitten, which was my first guess of being the problem. She's always had the sniffles but I've realized it's been worse as well. I took her to the doctor and talked about the situations and was given Claritan for allergies. Leaving me to think it was allergies alone causing the issue and still baffled because the medicine doesn't help. She has Bronchial Asthma to begin with but it's usually only worsened by sickness and only ever bothersome then as well. I'm confused, tired from lack of sleep, and really frustrated! The holiday weekend isn't making finding the solution any easier as well.

Sounds like he is crate trained but I also think it sounds like he spends far to much time in the crate. I would put him in there to sleep and while you work but leave him out the rest of time, he shouldnt be in the crate for longer than a couple of hours so he should come out for a pee during the day so maybe you could get someone to pop in with him during work hours. He should be allowed to play in the house whilst you are there otherwise whats the point of having a dog.

Ok recently my internet explorer has been acting weird every since my computer did it's horrible automatic updates and upgraded to IE 8. Now firefox is my primary internet provider and I wouldn't be worried but i decided to go on my IE because some of my old favorites were on there and all of my stuff was gone tool bar favorites everything. The only thing that is there is the box for me to type in a website. Also even wen i go to a website the blue tab at the top of the browser(sorry I don't know the exact name) is blank. So then i decided to pull up task manager n IE didn't even show up on there even though i clearly had it up and running this was kinda suspicious to me so i quickly closed it. I wouldn't be worried about this except all my friends(some who actually work with computers) are like i may have a virus. I have done multiple scans with mcafee as well as searched my computer my self and nothing came up.However Mcafee is notorious for missing virus expecially one's which actually in the long run end up disabling mcafee and cause me to have to get my entire computer rebuilt(which my dad would kill me if he has to do this again) so does anyone have any clue wats going on or how to fix it? So at the moment i am a back on my high school team. I'm about 5 foot 4-5 not really sure. 99 ford windstar wont idle it chugs and dies, replaced IACV, EGR, and MAF, still no luck any other ideas?

having problems with our 99 ford windstar 3.8 liter. It will drive just fine when on the road, but when it is at an idle it runs real ruff and dies. we took it to auto zone where they put it on a diagnostic for error codes. since the error codes reported three issues we replace them all and still no luck. we replaced the MAF, IACV, and EGR valve. does anyone have any other ideas? The only thing it seemed to solve was the check engine light.

Honestly, no one learns anything in HS. When you get to college you'll have to take the intro courses before the in-depth courses, use them as refreshers and go to as many study groups as you can if you cant grasp the material. Obviously you do know what a proton is. After the intro courses, if you STILL feel uncomfortable with the material, then you can re-evaluate your major. Honestly, after you're in the anesthesiology program and you've graduated and know what you're doing and what doses to give what people, what you learned wont really matter because its all memorization at that point.

A few months back this retarded 8th grader decided to go on a rampage by spray painting my neighbor-hoods cars/garage doors. Honey, you will never find answers for what happened or why it had to happpen to your brother, there are none. I know it tears your heart apart, but realize he is not suffering anymore. It will take a while for you to completely grasp what has happened. When I lost my dad I felt some of what you are going thru. I would always see cool stuff then think I just gotta tell him, and then realize he was not there. I would see people on the street I thought was him and then realize it couldnt be. These things are not strange, only human. Find stregnth and comfort in your family and friends, they will be there for you anytime you need. You can still talk to him, he just can't answer you back now. When a close friend of mine died, I wrote him some letters and then just left them lying open on my bed so he could read them if he ever dropped by to watch over me. It really helped me sort my feelings out and let me tell him all the things that I just coudn't while he was still here. Car Speaker hook-up? Is my car ruined?

My cars a stock 2000 Saturn LS2 3.0 L V6 automatic. I recently had a shop install 4 6.5 visonik speakers in my doors. Its a stock system. I just wanted a slightly better speaker. First they installed the speakers and immediately they wouldn't come on and all the lights in my car wouldn't come on. The some light, lights on the doors, lights above each door on roof, and the trunk light. They checked it and said they were not sure and to come back. So I did so and they fix the speaker problem, they said a ground wire was touching metal. But now all my lights still don't work? Any idea why this is happening? By the way it is audioland in fresno ca and they broke off one of my lights in the process of taking the door panel off.

Our kitten goes crazy over our food too. I guess you just have to keep putting him down off the table or whatever and say no. Kittens will be kittens! In the bathroom, just put a bed and his litterbox, some dry food and water and he will be fine. Give him some toys to keep him busy and make sure theres nothing he can get into that can hurt him. I always keep dry food down for our cats. If you do that your kitten can eat when he wants to. You should let him be around others though so he won't grow up to be skittish around people. HOW TO COVERT A SINGLE MIXER FAUCET TO A DUAL HANDLE?

i have a single lever shower handle that works as a mixer for the hot and cold water to produce the desired temp at the tap. recently i installed a tankless water heater and it constantly sets off error codes because of the single mixer handle confusing it's call for hot water (the manual states single mixers could create problems). i'm looking to convert my single mixer handle to a two lever(one hot, one cold). can this be done without removing the entire fibergl tub/shower. or is there another alternative to control the temp at the tap instead of really hot then really cold showers

Nope not really... My mother has overdosed over 20 times when I was growing up. And when she overdosed I mean overdosed!! She would take bottles of hard core medication every time, and never died. One time she did it in the woods, so nobody would find her, she ped out but it was so cold that her body couldn't digest the medication. Instead she got frostbite all down her throat, her tongue and her fingers. She also went through a window a few years ago has has 12 surgeries since then to try to get feeling back in her hands. But she wouldn't take a gun and shoot herself, because in her mind it was 100% and she just couldn't do that. I think you don't really want to die, you told your doctor which you knew would land you in the hospital, and you are on here looking for people to tell you that you shouldn't do that that your so luck and so on...therefore it was a cry for help...You were in the ICU after trying to commit suicide and only in the psych ward for 3days??? Something isn't adding up..Bottom line, I have lived with mental disorders my whole life, something about your story tells me its either a cry for someone to give two shi**s about you, or your going through a mood crisis...You'll be ok, just tell yourself that and don't continue to hurt the people around you, because honestly you may think they all of a sudden care more about you and its all good, but in reality, your just hurting them and what your seeing is their pain.

I had back pains most of my pregnancy so for me it was alot different because the back pain was normal. the day i went into labor i didnt know. I went to my brothers later in the day still with the back pain but it started getting worse as the day went on. I dont' remeber if i had alot of mucuz loss but later in the night i started to have some bloody mucus coming out of me. I had no idea what it was but i figured it was probably my mucus plug. You can lose your mucus plug long before you go into labor. So i started timing the back pain and it was every six minutes so i went home to shower and that and when i was in the shower my water broke... Yeah I know what you mean. The people at my current job have been great and the people at my last job were excellent too but I find that my family tends to be the one's that expect more. Like my fiance's Grandma and his Mom watched our son for us while I was in school and work and he was at work (when we were both gone the other days either he or I would have him) then they tell me that after I'm out for school that they want to go through their garage and get it organized. I just got out of school and I'm 34 weeks pregnant. They wanted me to help!!!! This was after I had already gone through a ton of our stuff over there when I was about 26 weeks with NO help! What is wrong with my 2002 Nissan Maxima?

Each Mechanic calls parts differently. I work for Nissan The device in question is a Throttle chamber it has erfly they cleaned and a idle air actuator on the bottom. Nissan sells separate as a AAC IAC valve. "Air conditioning air control Idle air control" Easy enough to unplug the 6 wire connector under the throttle chamber with a flash light look closely for melted connector and pin. I tell you the bad news latter. Lack of that second gear up shift wheel spin squeal. (remember when the car would really get up and go?) Most often is the air flow meter. I can see if the voltage in data Monitor makes 4+ volts under wide open throttle or not. 3 volts is a sluggish car. OK that melted IAC plug is a result of moisture or cleaning the throttle chamber incorrectly cleaning on the car will wash carbon into the AAC IAC valve and can ruin even short out the valve ( something not taught in auto school) After the terminal becomes melted the engine control module can no longer adjust the idle speed. Some time not very often you luck out and just replace the AAC IAC valve and relearn the idle and everything is ok. If the motor gallops idle up and down it needs Nissan help to see if the Engine control module is functioning properly and learns to idle. Fuel level problem is due to either the sending unit or the instrument cluster. Yes there is a inspection cover under the back seat Just don't attempt that job special tool may be necessary to remove the holding ring around the fuel pump sending unit embly. Please include any P0300 or other powertrain codes it really helps . Your car could also need coils depending on a P1320 code

When did you switch your dogs from puppy food to dog food? I have been wondering this for a few months as to when I should switch gunner and Dixie. I have read 8 months, a year, 18 months. I have also read that it depends on the breed well they are pomeranians..I know that with giant breeds as well as some large breeds shouldn't even be given puppy food. What to do about a bratty niece?

I watch my niece 5 days a week for about 10 hours each day. I do all sorts of things with her during the day. We read, do activities, swim, play outside. Cut out any processed foods like cheetos and trim pasta breads and any sugary food out. Never starve yourself and always eat breakfast. I like eggs and fruit. Why do i get so nauseaus when i drink with zoloft?

I'm 14, 5' 7", and 140 Lbs, female, and i'm on 50 mgs of zoloft every day for depression and anxiety. But lately, whenever i drink, no matter what i'm drinking, no matter how much i drink, i get incredibly nauseaus for hours and hours, and most of the time i end up throwing up, often until i have dry heaves for a while, and then eventually i feel better. Why do i get so sick? last night i had just a tiny bit of red bull and vodka around 230ish and i threw up at like 6 in the morning. is there a reason why this happens? and can it be avoided? thankss:)

Car Towed - what would you do? Need to give advice to a friend in need.?

Her car was towed in NYC by the Marshall's office because she owes $500 in outstanding parking tickets. Mission trip to Cambodia?

Hi. I'm going to help out on a mission trip to Cambodia, but I am kind of apprehensive about the trip. I live in the U.S. and have traveled across the U.S. by plane 9 times or so, and I have no difficulty doing so. But I am a little nervous flying overseas for 14 hours with China Airlines (who from what I've heard do not have an excellent reputation when it comes to safety). I also have to fly with Bangkok Airlines, but I do not know anything about them. On top of all of this, I have never been outside the U.S. (except for Canada), and I have no clue what Cambodia is like. I am also a little nervous about the amount of disease in Cambodia. I'm curious if there is marriage in heaven or not. I know vaguely that in the millennium children are existent. However I also know that in Matthew 22: 29-30 it says that there generally will be no marriage AFTER the resurrection. It does not however say that there wont be marriage in heaven in general. However i may be looking into it too much and be giving myself false hope. I want to know the truth rather than make the word of god accommodate my human needs. I for one cant picture heaven without my wife for eternity. Ok so I live in Texas and play 5A varsity football as a D-lineman. I'm 17 years old, 5"8', 230 pounds.We just tested out major lifts 2 days a go(squat, bench, powerclean). My results were 345lb on bench, 665Lb on squat, and 250lb on powerclean. I go to the community gym and I always get complemented on strength. To be honest I rep 4 times more than most peoples max. But I got people who have over 100 pounds on all my lifts! I feel so weak... I almost hate working out with my team because I'm doing so much less then them. I was just wondering what y'all think?

Built my first desktop, no BIOS screen. What is wrong?

So, everything is in the case. I turn on the PC, processor fan is running, powersupply, dvd drive opens and closes, I can hear the hard drive spinning, and PCI Express video card fan is running. On boot-up, keyboard lights light up but monitor does nothing. Monitor and cables work fine on other computers, but I've heard that PCI Express cards need to be activated in the BIOS before they work. Problem is.. motherboard does not have a VGA port or anything to allow me to hook it up to a monitor. I believe the BIOS is AMI and I count, at most, 3-4 very faint beeps, although it could be in my head. No idea what to do from here, short of buying a non-pciexpress card. Any ideas?

I took Akluis's advice and doubled checked with my grandpa. He originally told me that it was a 32 remington special. We examined the gun and found it to be made by Remington and it is a 32. I do have some cartidges 170g sp centerfire, but they are rimless. The only number we could find was C54802 which was located near the chamber. if i knew a family member was abusing or neglecting a child- i would turn them in. its the right thing to do. just because someone is family doesn't mean your not allowed to turn them in for their wrong mistakes. everybody makes mistake but abuse and neglect isn't a mistake its a crime. and people who do crimes and break the law should be punished. if what they did was to an extent that the child was scared to death or they did it constantly you should immediatley tell someone. if it was a one time thing that they just did and had a good reason for it-you should just talk to that person. no one should have to suffer and family members aren't special when it comes to the law--God wants to do the right thing and the right thing is to turn that person in or give them some advice to clear their conscience so they can fix the problem.

I am 26 years old and I feel like my life is literally falling apart around me. Several years ago my mom had a nervous breakdown and has never been the same. Both of my parents went on anti-depressants. My Dad is due to drop dead of a heart attack (his father did, as did his brother in december) at any given moment. He forgets to take his blood pressure medicine (usually because he and my mom sit at the local bar and drink all day.) My grandmother has early stage alzheimers and has been threatening suicide ever since my uncle died this past winter. I lost my job in March and my relationship with my boyfriend has become abusive and destructive. I have no money so now he insists that I don't love him and I'm only using him as a 'refuge' so that I have somewhere to stay besides with my crazy parents. I don't even know where to begin picking up the pieces. I try so hard to stay positive, because someone in my family has to be, but usually I feel like I just end up shutting down emotionally and trying to avoid all the drama rather than accept it. I haven't slept well in months, whether from worrying or trying to reason with my boyfriend, etc. I guess I am just needing a little help looking on the bright side these days, and maybe some ideas towards how to pull myself (and my family) out of this m depression.

My Choices may affect MY LIFE!?

Hey, I'm deaf and my hearing parents decided to buy two cochlear implants for me. But, my deaf friends said that they don't need cochlear implants and rather to stay with deaf cultures. Also, they do not want to hear like normal people because that's who they are. But, I'm not sure about getting cochlear implants. There are risks and benefits. However, I have a friend who has two cochlear implants. She said that she do not regret having two cochlear implants and understand very well and doing well in the regular cles. My deaf friends are in D/HH cles which are easier and slow process of learning. I'm in the regular cles too. My friends with two cochlear implants told me that it's my decision. Should I get two Cochlear implants? If I did, few of my deaf friends will leave me and call me freak. I do not want to lose them. Also, there are few friends who have ONE cochlear implant said that I should get one because you don't need to get two implants to listen. However, my friends with two implants said that it's better to have two implants because my brain will gather more information and able to communicate with hearing people. Should I get two cochlear implants? I feel I want to go for it but, few friends will ignore me for good! What are the benefits and how does it affect me? Please do not give me silly answers.
