Brief work ignment while on unemployment?

I'm going to be interviewing for a one week project job. I realize that whatever I make will be in effect deducted from my unemployment. For example if my unemployment is $100 a week and the job pays $95 a week I'd only get $5.00 in unemployment. BUT what happens to the 95.00 I WOULD have gotten from unemployment, did I forfeit that completely by working or does it go back into my account? Hope this makes sense...
