What does it take to work for the UN?

As long you speak it fluenty and better yet be able to read and write Arabic, you have 99.9% chance. Interpreting does not really require experience as long you're good at it. Not like experience will help since it's a pretty repeititive job. I don't think the UN has any offices in CA. I think you have to go to NYC, where the UN headquarters is. FBI maybe but main HQ is in Washington DC.
