Whats this movie called?

The movie had either eddie murphy or charlie murphy (they look alike :\ ) and he was a poor guy pretending to be homeless with out feet then got blamed for stealing a briefcase and then was sent to jail. He was then bailed out by the people who put him in jail. I think his name was Valentine or something.
