What's the fastest/cheapest way of sending some books from los angeles to seoul, south korea?

I heard there are taek-bae (택배) companies in los angeles that can send it via air for a much better price than even usps. Oh yeah, and another question, do i need the korean address to be in Korean? Like instead of Gangnam-Gu, 강남구? Thanks in advance for any answers.
