I have a Tricare question..?

My husband got a vasectomy with a previous marriage and now regrets it. We have been married for some time now and I want a baby so bad, as does my husband. My question is, will Tricare pay for a vasectomy reversal? I have read that some people have had that paid for. Tricare paid for my husbands vasectomy. My husband knows that he should have thought about having more kids in the future, but he didn't realize that his ex-wife would do what she did. I live at Barksdale AFB in Louisiana.
