Question about purchasing a firearm in California?

First, I was wondering if I would be able to purchase a firearm in California if I was convicted for a felony as a minor (13 yrs old to be exact, but since has been expunged through the courts). I am now 25 years old. Also, what's the easiest way of going about it? Where do I go to get the paperwork etc.? Thanks!
