Car Speaker hook-up? Is my car ruined?

My cars a stock 2000 Saturn LS2 3.0 L V6 automatic. I recently had a shop install 4 6.5 visonik speakers in my doors. Its a stock system. I just wanted a slightly better speaker. First they installed the speakers and immediately they wouldn't come on and all the lights in my car wouldn't come on. The some light, lights on the doors, lights above each door on roof, and the trunk light. They checked it and said they were not sure and to come back. So I did so and they fix the speaker problem, they said a ground wire was touching metal. But now all my lights still don't work? Any idea why this is happening? By the way it is audioland in fresno ca and they broke off one of my lights in the process of taking the door panel off.
