My dad wont pay me back my money! What do i do?

Hi my name is bennett i work for my dad everyday for about 1 hour on unboxing and sorting braces. Ive been working for him for 3 month now and we had a deal that i got $200 a month. and in order for him to get that $200 a month he has to send in this bill for his company. Well it turns out that he is to lazy to send it so he hasnt gave me my money even from the first month.He always has better things to do like sit on the couch and watch TV. I need the money and i need to know how to get the money. Please tell me what i can do exept dont tell me stuff like my parents dont owe me anything because they brought me into ths world or anything because i need my money and i need it now
