How do you get a 3rd ability unit on kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days?

I've beaten the game and I have two ability units. I was wondering if someone could tell me if I am able to get a third one by getting enough challenge sigils. Also, exactly how do you get Mickey and Sora for mission mode?
