I am a truckdriver. Is there any specific way, by law, to turn in the Dept. of Trans.[ D.O.T.] for harrasment?

if it's state troopers, get an attorney and file a cl action lawsuit if you feel they are singling out your trucking company. there should be a utility commission in CO, where you can file a complaint. call the local consumer reporter call for action tv reporter to expose this kind of behavior. complain to the local city council people, state senator and it helps if you are a registered voter.
