Should Hispanics get affirmative action?

no one should get affirmative action anymore.its reverse discrimination if anything its doing ore harm than good.say you have to hire some minorities because of affirmative action which is ramped in government jobs hence why most government jobs don't get done.it takes two to three times as long to get something done because they had to hire under qualified minorities for important positions.now you have one person doing the job of three because the lazy minorities who got hired because of affirmative action.im not saying all minorities take advantage of government job but a large percent do.hence at my job we have several black females who like to work harder getting out of work than just doing it and being done.the supervisors are afraid to write them up because they claim its discrimination toward them lol.once you're in a government job it takes an act of congress to get you fired.try calling the dmv and talking to one for an hour who cant accomplish one simple task and you're on hold for another 30 minutes waiting for someone who is actually qualified to handle your call.
